Steps

  1. Discovery

A conversation about your business, your offer, current campaigns, goals and constraints. If we are not the right fit, we say so.

  2. Access and permissions

You add Black Reach as a partner in your Meta business portfolio with only the access the work needs. You remain the owner of the account, pixel and data. How partner access works

  3. Tracking and consent check

We review pixel, Conversions API and event setup, and flag consent requirements for the places your ads will run. Measurement problems are fixed before testing starts.

  4. Plan and first brief

A written plan: what we will test first, why, in which placements, and when we will review it.

  5. Creative approvals

Nothing goes live without your sign-off on the creative, copy and claims.

  6. Launch and testing rhythm

Campaigns launch in the agreed structure. Tests run until there is enough delivery to read them.

  7. Reviews and decisions

Plain-English reviews of what changed, what the evidence shows and what we will do next. Changes are recorded in a log you can read.

  8. Offboarding

If we stop working together, we remove our access, hand over the change log, test history and creative files (with the licence terms of any stock, music, fonts or creator content), and leave the account in working order.

Your side

What we need from you

  • One decision-maker who can approve creative and budget changes.
  • A way to understand what you offer (a sample, a walkthrough or a demo), brand assets and any rules on claims.
  • Honest context: margins, capacity or stock, seasonality and what has been tried before.
  • Time to review and approve on the agreed schedule.
Related businesses

Black Reach handles paid media only. Ring Side Leads (managed enquiry programmes in client-owned accounts) and Manyhats Automations (follow-up and automation) are separate businesses run by the same founder, with their own agreements. Work is referred between them only when it fits and you agree.
